The Art of the Possible! I've taken much more dramatic shots at this location but not with a full framer. The difference is marked, even at this low resolution and this is therefore the closest I've got to a near perfect exposure. I focussed on the Arthington Viaduct at f/11 yet I still got dew drops on the fg grasses, bonus! 2-stop nd grad (s), polariser and the Big Stopper for a minute between (unforecast) showers

Gran forma cilíndrica de aproximadamente 40 kg, de base convexa y con un diámetro entre 55 y 70 cm por una altura de 9 a 13 cm. La pasta, de color marfil en invierno y amarillo "mantequilla" en verano, puede presentar algunos "ojos" del tamaño de una cereza.
Este queso en concreto tiene una maduración de 18 meses y lo elabora la Fromagerie Vagne en Poligny, una localidad francesa situada en la región de Franco Condado, departamento de Jura.
La Fromagerie Vagne creadas por Constant y su esposa en 1926 se han mantenido durante mucho tiempo como una empresa familiar hasta que la UCAFT, la Unión de Cooperativas Agrícolas de Fruitières (queserías) Tradicionales, tomo las riendas en 1991.
