En la maestranza de Los Andes, los antiguos equipos del Ferrocarril Transandino esperan pacientemente su turno para ser restaurados. De izquierda a derecha se puede apreciar un coche Pullman de 1925, el cual llego recientemente a la Los Andes. En segundo lugar, la Z-3348 fabricada por Kitson en 1908, la cual está en proceso de restauración para volver a circular y por último, el automotor Schindler ADi-1015, al cual solo le faltan algunos detalles para realizar viajes con pasajeros.
At Los Andes Workshop, the old Transandean railway equipments wait patiently for their turn to be restored. From left to right, there is a 1925 Pullman car, which was recently brought to the workshops. Secondly, the Z-3348 steam locomotive, manufactured by Kitson in 1908, is being restored to run again in the near future and finally, the 1950's Schindler DMU ADi-1015, which only lacks some details to start carrying passengers.
Again, going East. I have identified the river as Rio Maipo and the lake at the top of the frame as part of Laguna Negra.
