French AMX-13 tank in Indian Army use (now retired). India received up to 75 vehicles (two squadrons of 75 AMX-13/75s), well-used during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965. At the Battle of Asal Uttar, they performed relatively well against Pakistani M47/48. A single squadron was again active in the 1971 war.

"The AMC Javelin is an American front-engine, rear wheel drive, two-door hardtop manufactured and marketed by AMC [American Motors Corporation] in two generations, 1968-1970 and 1971-1974.
Styled by Dick Teague, the Javelin was available in a range of trim and engine levels, from economical pony car to muscle car variants.
In addition to manufacture in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Javelins were assembled under license in Germany, Mexico, Venezuela, as well as Australia —and were marketed globally.
As the winner of Trans-Am race series in 1971, 1972, and 1976, the second-generation AMX variant was the first pony car to be used as a standard vehicle for highway patrol duties i.e. police car by an American law enforcement agency."

"In the mid- to late 1960s, catching up to the Mustang was the chief aim for every one of the domestic automakers. AMC, seeking a younger image, developed the Javelin and the AMX simultaneously, basing them both on the Rambler American platform. The Javelin was a conventional car with a live rear axle and a choice of straight-six or V-8 engines and bucket front seats and, along with the two-seat AMX sportster, it succeeded in enlivening the public's opinion of AMC.
Following the expanding girth of its fellow pony cars, in 1971, the Javelin grew an inch in wheelbase, three inches in length, and 3.3 inches in width; while the unibody car gained just over 400 pounds, it appeared more much massive. A more significant change that year was the elimination of the unique two-seater AMX body style due to poor sales. Yet AMC kept the headliner-grabbing AMX nameplate and simply shifted it onto the four-seat Javelin body.
The base Javelin remained in 1971, as did the sporty SST model, but AMC confusingly shuffled those models around over the next few years: In 1972, it dropped the base model Javelin, leaving only the SST; then in 1973 and 1974, the product planners reversed course, dropping the SST model and offering the base model yet again. Both the Javelin and the AMX met their demise after the 1974 model year.
While not as numerous as the Mustang nowadays, it's far from impossible to find a humpster Javelin or AMX. Kenosha turned out more than 95,000 Javelins and more than 15,000 AMXs during that period."

Note, CU04 AMX was originally operated by 2 Travel Limited (a Pentrechwyth based operator) who ceased to trade in May 2005. It was purchased by Rossendale Transport Limited in October 2005 as number 158 and was scheduled to be renumbered 258 in April 2012 but the renumbering did not happen until August 2012
