Once an orphanage, the Dublin House was opened as a #speakeasy in 1921. In 1933 after Prohibition ended, the iconic neon harp sign was installed. The bar remained family-owned and operated for the next 85 years. Dublin House's main bartender for 16 years then took over in 2006. Open daily from 8am to 4am, noon on Sundays. Located on West 79th Street between Broadway & Amsterdam. Taken March 24, 2012 with my old #3GS.
