I found these cute tiny wildflowers near the woods in our neighborhood. They were supported by a decomposed branch and green leaves. I was happy that I could shoot them from a good angle to exhibit their trumpet shape. Besides, the sunlight enhances their natural beauty; how lovely!

Tiring, but well worth it.

Amazing how in the middle of Winter the bees suddenly appear when there's a bit of sunshine and flowers to feed from.

*Roxy's favourite toy is a clip we generally use to close some small packets or sachets. She uses to play with it most of the time.

I took this photograph at the end of the day as I was returning from walking the dogs. Regrettably, I only had my iPhone with me and about a 30 second window where the lighting was just right. Regardless, I believe the final product came out pretty good and hope it is entertaining and engaging for the viewer. Snapseed was a great help as well :-). -- Cheers, Pearce

I was out on the Great Salt Lake last night and wasn't sure if the sky would cooperate. When I left home, it was mostly cloudy, but weather radar showed hope.

And then it happened, the sky lit up. I was sending iPhone shots to my good friend Roy L. Fuchs who is a great Utah landscape photographer. I think he was jealous :-)

A fabulous hoar frost last Sunday.

What big eyes you have! The eyes are the key to any good wildlife photo. It has been fun to be doing some macro photography the past few weeks. You never know what might be watching you until you get up close and personal.

Bees are amazing!

No wonder writers and philosophers have been inspired and moved to wax lyrical about bees!

Bees have much to teach us, they fascinate us, they are beautiful, and their importance to mankind is beyond measure.

Bees (honey bees in particular) are the most studied creature by humans after mankind.

Thank you for your kind visits and nice comments!.

If we allow ourselves to stay amazed and astounded at the vibrant instants of every day and do not feel ashamed of admitting to being speechless or dumbfounded sometimes... we can uncover unsuspected sparkling gems hidden all around us..
