This is the best pizza I have ever eaten in my entire life. The recipe came from America's Test Kitchen. The pan has 3 Tbsp of olive oil spread around the bottom, which fries the bottom of the crust.
Still experimenting with IR Photography. Not all subjects work, you need plenty of light, or you get this bland red photograph. You can't use autofocus, you have to focus thru live-view, you have to shoot wide open, these are taken at f/1.8. Then you have to learn how to process them. That's the point I am now.
