Openingsceremonie op 3 oktober van het Tweede Golden Age Gym Festival 2010 in Portimão - Portugal van 3 tot 8 oktober. 21 landen (1429 deelnemers) waren aanwezig.
De Toekomst/ Gymflex - Mechelen vertegenwoordigde België op deze internationale bijeenkomst met de groep van "Dames Actief" waarvan mijn echtgenote lid is. Ik ben er fier op dat ik deze dames heb mogen vergezellen (voor de tweede maal reeds) en samen met hen een heel toffe en boeiende week heb mogen beleven.

My wife and I are experiencing a "golden age" in our lives. We have a nice house, and we eat well. We have time to exercise, and we live in a place where the weather is nice all year.
Age 14.
"This is quite the crazy creation here. I’ve got a whole bunch of ideas going on. Lots of books (obviously), easy to find them – computers to search and like boom, it’s there – you have the section and it’s super easy. Places to like collaborate. Private rooms to work. Like on Community (I love that show) – study groups. Also individual places if you want like a little noise. A kids place – some huge mat (I don’t know). Bigger room for events or something because that’s important to have guests come in or something extra. Also, technology. Updated computers that work – that’s good. Yeah.
My favourite part is probably the books – I mean, that’s the central, most important part of the library. Everything branches out after that. All types of books, for all audiences."

I've been meaning to remove this thistle from the garden for a while now so it's aged ... but quite gracefully I think!
I took lots of shots which I've narrowed down to four but I'm having trouble choosing one for the challenge. If you would like to give an opinion, I would appreciate it.

Os hippies aconteceram no Brasil com quase uma década de atraso do resto do mundo , por conta da ditadura que nos impedia de conectar com o estrangeiro. A contra cultura nao sobreviveu mundo à fora , mas deixou o legado de que uma vida alternativa seria possível, que seria viável ao homem se prender menos a tantas regras ditadas por religião , sociedade e etc. Ser hippie nunca significou ser vagabundo ou arruaceiro , pelo contrario , significava viver e deixar viver.
Esta é minha homenagem a década que fui criança , aos ídolos de minha infância e ao caminho que não tive coragem de seguir.
