I picked this up off the ground whilst participating in an arms reduction inspection under the Conventional Forces Europe Treaty (CFE) at an armoured vehicle workshops in Russia when an arms control inspector/interpreter with the Joint Arms Control Impementation Group (JACIG). We were monitoring the destruction of armoured vehicles under CFE. “PUSK” here, means “launch” or “fire” of missiles etc. so it is possibly from the firing button of an anti-tank missile system such as the “Sagger”, or some other weapon system fitted to an armoured vehicle. Strange the rubbish you hang on to.

Part of the Littlefield tank Collection.

The Collings Foundation acquired the collection after the death of Jacques Littlefield. Some of the vehicles were sold at auction but at least 80 are now on display at the American Heritage Museum in Stow, Massachussets.
