Black Sabbath "The End" Tour.
Target Center, Minneapolis, MN
Awesome show. Had a fantastic time, including front row seat, small group pre-concert sound check (with great full rendition of War Pigs), and backstage with Ozzy, Tony & Geezer for photos, meet & greet, and a Q&A session with Ozzy in his dressing room. Fantastic two hour set covering some of their best, most iconic ad loved songs - e.g., War Pigs, Iron Man, Paranoid, Snowblind, Under the Sun, Children of the Grave, etc. - had crowd on its feet, ecstatic...
Side note: Tony was my first guitar idol (soon joined by Lifeson and Page) when I began playing guitar in the early 70s. So, it was amazing for me meeting him backstage.
Side note: Last time I saw them together as Black Sabbath was 1978's 10th Anniversary / Never Say Die tour in Hampton VA. Opening act was Van Halen - touring for their first, eponymous, album.
