Intended as a decorative element for my SHIP, I thought it looked a lot like a small micro ship. Not the best, but I thought I'd share it anyway.

The plains of Tethys. In the background you can see Dione.

I don't have many generic medieval minifigs, so my castle is filled with mix of franchise characters: There are plenty of LOTR elves, Arya from GOT and Dumbledore from HP.

This is my build for Rogue Olympics 2021 Round 5* roguebricks.de/forum/index.php?thread/3016-rogueolympics-... this week theme is "Big and Small".

I present to you My MOC "The Cradle of Life"...

*In each round builders must use maximum of 101 parts to make their creations. Exactly 101 parts are used for this MOC. Еnjoy it.

I’ve wanted to build this for the forest elf minifigure for months, and finally put it all together.

Everyone had dreams and have obstacles that stand in the way. I wanted create an inspiring story of a young girl challenging those barriers. The heart shape base dictated the build's theme and this music box within a music box was born. Designing a messy girl’s room was fun with clothes, records, and books strewn across the floor. Minifig capes were used as tissue paper in the shoe box and as an article of clothing poking out of the dresser. Her stuffed animals (including a Duplo bear) cheer her on as she tries out new ballet slippers. Her favorite embroidered denim jacket pulled over a classic pink tutu and blowing bubbles as she spins pirouette about her room, she is much cooler and more confident than I ever was at that age.

I plan on touring this model over the summer and I would love to hear what you think of it.

I came up with the idea of creating diorama of mages dueling within a alchemist’s laboratory in October of 2024. The Frost Wizard was already built when Brickscalibur came around with a similar category. I then built the Flame Witch and entered the two models in that competition just for fun. The end goal was always to place them in a large diorama along with a cowering Alchemist and their familiars. I had lots of fun coming up with things to place on the shelves and creating the Chimera trophy over the fireplace. I even added a microscale version of my Mesusa’s Lair model from last year as an Easter Egg.

This MOC is my take on a lifted heavy duty pickup truck inspired by the American workhorse style.

I spent quite a bit of time experimenting with the suspension and proportions to get the stance just right. Seeing the truck finally sit tall on its working suspension made the whole process feel worth it.

I'm gonna need a baseplate or something to hold this thing together. (No, I don't really wear it this long)

Hi there,

my last post was in December last year so I figured It would be nice to refresh my profile a bit with something new. Since I relocated my LEGO collection from my apartment and left only unopened boxes, I decided to make a few alternative builds to lovely powerpig 10314 Dried Flower Centerpiece. Was a fun challenge for me. Let me know what you think?

I got tagged by a couple of people back when that was all going on. I'm feeling vain this evening so here we go.

1. I love Jesus. I'm a member of a Baptist church but I don't really identify with a specific denomination. The simplest way to describe my theology would probably just be "reformed."

2. I garden for the tomatoes, spinach, and basil, but sometimes I wonder if it's worth all the trouble.

3. I think Dave Barry is the funniest human being on earth and I still get sad about the fact that he doesn't have a weekly column anymore.

4. Last November, a photo of me, my wife, and son ended up in a large number of US newspapers, including the front page of the Wall Street Journal.

5. My wife does most of the cooking for reasons of practicality, but I enjoy cooking and I am an avid bread baker - we don't buy bread from the store any more.

6. I'm fairly introverted (and even sometimes socially awkward) by nature, but somehow I ended up being the MC for the weekly meeting of the Christian group I was a part of in college. Attendance was usually around 500 people. I still get nervous talking in front of large groups though.

7. I discovered the Chronicles of Narnia as an adult and they are my favorite books. I probably could have bought two copies of every book with the late fees I have paid the library on those stupid things.

8. I used to mountain bike a lot in college but now I mostly just bike to work when the weather is nice.

9. Calvin and Hobbes has been my favorite comic strip since I first read it as a child, and I doubt anything will ever replace it for me.

10. The first LEGO set I bought out of my dark age was 7110 Landspeeder
