Intended as a decorative element for my SHIP, I thought it looked a lot like a small micro ship. Not the best, but I thought I'd share it anyway.

This was created as a LUG challenge to build something for both day and night on a single 32v32 stud plate. I figured on returning to my playful mice having them courting while perched on the flowers. The tricky part was designing the night display because I didn’t want to use any lights. Instead, I selected parts that fluoresced under UV light to create the effect of fireflies and other bioluminescent creatures in the dark.

This MOC depicts the legendary Medusa defending the temple ruins of Minerva. The build is 20” wide, 30” deep, stands 19.5” tall, and consists of 14619 parts. Medusa herself measure 5' 8" if fully expanded. This was a fun creation involving lots of hinge bricks and round end plates to create those curves. The 1x1 tooth parts are turned around 15 degrees off center in order to create that layered look of snake scales.

Lots of the wrong colours, but testing the shape and structure.

Celebrating his triumphant return from the outer planets, King Jello parades to the track and punishes the competition.

During the earlier, and more civilized part of the evening. Later on, we went somewhere we weren't allow to take pictures at.

Set looked like a corporate display model, so replaced all the grey containers with a colourful collection to look more like a working ship.

My LEGO Santa Fe Super Chief (10020) in tow. Finally getting a well deserved run on the tracks years after it was built. Until building the Hanukkah Train in 2017, my Super Chief was my only LEGO train car (and no track!) ... I brought the Super Chief as a birthday present for myself many many years ago (note Engine number).

A forest babe lies sleeping, her head resting on polished ebony hooves, her dappled fur glistening with morning dew. The fawn blends seamlessly with the baby’s breath in the meadow safely hiding her amid the pansies and butterfly towers.

This is my attempt to create a life-size figure of a fawn peacefully sleeping in a field of flowers and was created for LEGO Ideas Billund exhibit challenge under the "Flora and Fauna" category.

The late 2200s saw an influx of vintage 20th century muscle-inspired speeders, of which the Boomslang was no exception. Renowned for their high class (and high priced to match!) aeromobiles, Grant & Huxley's sole venture into the rougher, tougher side of the speeding industry was a surprising yet well received move.

Now a niche collectors' item, these machines are hard to source original parts for in the New Age. This posed no problem for Doppler Aero-Tuning, much to the horror of die-hard purists. Fitted with an entirely new rear end and an engine that in no way fits under the bonnet, they did away with all vestiges of class, and put go-faster stripes on to boot. Fasten your seatbelts kids, this one's quick, loud and aggressive!
