From late last month -- Estee's Buzz reminded me.
During a lunch break the ABC newsfeed caught our eye. Not sure why they even bothered broadcasting Gillard's speech, the ABC seemed pretty settled on the slant they wanted without her words.
(Hint: the words over her neck are the closed-captioning, the words below that are the ABC's byline of what's going on.)
(Hint for those who don't know Australian politics: Gillard is PM, Abbott's the leader of the Opposition and the two don't get along at all, and Australian news is sensationalistic at best...though the ABC still usually does a bit better job than this.)

So you wonder.... Why isn't this photo landscape oriented?
Because the 85mm prime lens attached to the camera didn't allow much of the reflection to show. [And the sun came out for like 30 seconds.]
