Drawing I made of Marketplace Mall in Cherry Hill, opened in 1978 when mini-malls with outdoor courtyards were popular. It originally contained discount stores but later shifted to specialty shops and restaurants. It was briefly renamed Village Walk, but the Marketplace name was later returned.
Marketplace sessions offer an opportunity for a small panel of experts to provide input on specific
projects or technologies. Individuals or small teams will briefly present their information, followed
by feedback from the panel and brief questions from the audience. Expert panelists:

Circumstances of destruction or loss: One of around 417 works of art from the Kaiser Friedrich Museum deposited in the Friedrichshain flak tower, or Flakturm, for safekeeping. The painting is presumed to have been destroyed when the tower was burned in May of 1945.
Notes: Painted after Canaletto left his native Italy to become court painter to Elector Frederick Augustus II of Saxony.
