I voted Pacific Golden Plover on this ID. There was some small consensus on a FB ID group I use, but there was also some leaning toward Black-Bellied. Since I have only a handful of pics of a Black-bellied, and none of a Golden, I'm good with either. Golden would be better. Non-breeding or juvenile.
Rufous-collared Sparrow, Tico-tico, Zonotrichia capensis subtorquata, 15 cm / 5.9 in. COMMON. Any open to semi-open habitat, including towns.
