Well, today was my first opportunity this year (!!!) that I managed to play a round of golf. We had a beautiful Spring day with more sunshine than cloud which made the golf most enjoyable and I played well considering it's been awhile since I hit this little guy!

Ray, Lola and I were out for brunch over the weekend and I just happened to notice that Ray was wearing a red t-shirt and watch! This is just one of the may watches in his vast collection. What can I say I love shoes and he loves watches!

Tuesday 7th April, Sleeping like a .... Cat

Staudensellerie-Möhren-Pfanne

1 Zwiebel würfeln und in

50 g Butter oder Öl anschwitzen.

2 Knoblauchzehen hacken und zu den Zwiebeln geben.

1 Bund Staudensellerie in daumendicke Stücke schneiden sowie

5 Möhren (mittelgroß), in Scheiben geschnitten zu den Zwiebeln geben und anschwitzen.

250 ml Sahne

2 Tl Senf

Saft einer Orange

Pfeffer, Salz, Koriander (oder auch ein Currygewürz) nach Geschmack miteinander vermischen und zu dem Gemüse geben. Garen, bis das Gemüse bissfest ist.

Schmeckt gut mit Reis, mit Nudeln aber auch.

To launch into orbit a 20-in., 23.3-lb "cloud cover" satellite. This satellite was to measure the global distribution and movement of cloud cover and to contribute to the basic knowledge of the earth's energy budget.Flight normal (or better) in all respects, except that 2d-stage performance was well below minimum predicted. Burn-out 3d stage and satellite reached an altitude of shout 265 mi, but the velocity was about 250 fps short of the 25,000 fps required to orbit. The satellite was presumably destroyed during atmospheric reentry some 9,200 mi downrange.
