Between Springfield and Decatur, Norfolk Southern's executive train passes the small town of Dawson, IL, while railfans try to keep up on parallel Old US 36.

We never did figure out what the rush was , but this was one of the stampeding wildebeests. Then they could be walking single file for miles and miles or grazing in a huge herd.

Arriva the Shires 5008 KP63 TEV is seen in Central Milton Keynes while operating route 7.

Nothing much new to post at the moment, too busy with the lead up to Christmas.

So in the meantime, here's another 2 images from the archives. These were taken about a year ago during a day trip to London.

This particular image was taken from the banks of the River Thames, next to the Vauxhall Bridge close to the MI6 building. Not sure if it's still in use, but if it is not everyone likes to have their windows closed!

Scheveningen 26-05-2018. During the festivities in connection with the Volvo Ocean Race, four Volvo B5LH / Volvo Polska 7900 Electric Hybrid buses are operated on shuttle services by HTM with fleetnumbers 1-4. Three buses are on loan from Keolis Sverige (Västtrafik), these being EOG 622/627/631 (2037-2039) dating from 2014 and one is Volvo demonstrator SNA 952 from 2016.

At Scheveningen harbour, the buses are recharged using a temporary charging unit
