John went down the stairs under the gate. Light changed so suddenly that he could not see a thing… there was not much to see, though, as it was pitch black down there. It was impossible to keep going.

Wisconsin has reconstructed most of I-94 in the Milwaukee area during the last several years. I like the small details that they have installed, such as the airplane on the overpass near General Mitchell International Airport.
While I was down in Northern Mexico, I mean Barrett Junction, I decided I would get up a little early and make my way down to Highway 94 to shoot some motorcycles before I photographed the skate event.

Not a perfect pic, I know, but it was really difficult, to take a pic of the quick Easter Bunny and the eggs also didn´t hold still :o).
I was wondering around near the town centre yesterday after I'd taken Alex's photo (stranger N°93) and was in two minds as to whether to look for another stranger or carry on taking my usual photos when I noticed a young woman sitting on a bench in one of the little squares, (stranger N°94). She looked interesting so I went up and sat down next to her after asking if she had a bit of time to spare. I noticed that she looked quite a bit younger than I had first thought so checked how old she was before explaining the project to her.
Meet Elodie she's 18 years old and is studying and training as a hairdresser at the same time. She was born in Evreux in the north of France and has been living here for the last two years. When she's got some free time she enjoys going out with her friends and going to parties and listening to music. She said like all youngster of her age.
Although I'm not a fan of piercing I found hers to be unobtrusive and they suited her. The one below her lower lip was almost hidden by her coat collar and I asked if she would move the collar so I would be able to photo it too. She's got another two above her left eye, but they are slightly hidden by her glasses. I also liked the way the colours of her scarf and coat suited her own natural colouring.
As I was sitting down I decided to take the photos with her looking at me but took a final photo standing up looking slightly down at her, (see comment shots). We looked through them and she liked the main one and the 2nd in comments. I did too; and for once almost all the photos I took of her came out well, (one didn't) and I really couldn't decide which one to use as the main shot. Other than it shows her hairstyle off better than the last one I took.
Elodie was really easy to talk to and had no problems with me taking her photo or giving me some information about herself. I gave her one of my cards so that she would be able to find her photo.
