Went to awesome young 'un Ben's birthday bash tonight at the fabulous Lackers Bar and Grill with a bunch of other tweeps. Had a great time at the retro-themed, laid back restaurant.
Happy Birthday you young whippersnapper, you :)
Oh, P.S. I had the Vodka Penne - DIVINE. Polished off the huge serving in record time.

Yet another Pokemon I couldn't obtain because you had to trade to get one. I used 3 purples and then dark grey for the shaded parts, which made it way easier to see the dark areas.
What my Fiancée calls this Pokemon:
Facts & Trivia:
"Phantom" was the original English name for Gengar. Gengar, along with Nidorino, who it battles in the beginning of Pokémon Red, Blue, Green, FireRed, and LeafGreen, and probably a couple of other Pokémon, originate from the old manga, Capsule Monsters, which is considered the precursor to the Pokémon franchise. Even though Gengar is part Poison-type, like its pre-evolutions, it cannot learn any Poison-type moves via level up. Despite its ability to hide in shadows, Gengar is unable to learn Shadow Sneak. Gengar is shorter than its pre-evolution, Haunter.
Gengar's name is possibly a shortening of doppelgänger - a ghostly double of a person, which would be a fitting name for a Pokémon with a habit of pretending to be a person's shadow. The kanji 幻, which can be read "gen", can be used for words meaning "phantom" or "illusion". There is also a striking pronunciation similarity between Gengar's name and the Danish word "genganger", which simply is a spirit that after its death chose not to go to the other world but to return to the world of humans in the shape of a ghost. "Gen" is translated as "again" or simply "re" and "ganger" is an old-fashioned word meaning "walker" or "someone that walks".

SDJR 4 wheeled coach body at West Huntspill. This was broken up by the SDRT for spare parts as it was unrestorable.
Housecall.
it isnt spectacular, but this actually took alot of technical work to make happen.
I set up dual, radio linked Speedlights (600exrt) , One below the railing at +2 power
and one mounted on the camera at - 1.5 to get some shine off of the knife.
I really wanted shadows from the railing of the porch, and needed enough fill light
to be able to see details still. i love playing with new toys, even when they do
take alot of trial and error to get right.
