Heading south along Cameron Road, between Gate Pa and Greerton. This was the 4:23pm Route 2 service from Mount Maunganui to Windermere (via Bayfair).

One of a series I made in Minas de Rio Tinto. An outside view of locomotive 922 at the abandoned copper mines.
As we approach peak hour on Friday evening the streets are definitely getting busier as people rush to get on with their Friday evening plans. I'm not going to lie a termini I have always had some interest in is Wallyford due to its name.
So, here we see Lothian buses 922 on a service 44 to the aforementioned Wallyford.

I don't do the 69B often so with a few minutes to wait at the Armstrong Road timing point I decided to get a picture. 922 sits waiting for me to complete the final part of the route to Bullwell bus station before running in to the depot.

An almost complete circle of bright pink nebulae skirts around a spiral galaxy in this NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope image of NGC 922. The ring structure and the galaxy's distorted spiral shape result from a smaller galaxy scoring a cosmic bullseye, hitting the centre of NGC 922 some 330 million years ago.

Arriva LF02PTZ (922) is a Dennis Dart SLF with Alexander MPD bodywork. Seen in Rhyl, LF02PTZ was new to Arriva London North as their PDL70.
Volvo Olympian 922 seen at KEFV. This was a sterling motor until it had a gearbox issue. Even with a replacement box fitted it still wouldn't pull the skin of rice pudding.
GJ 2098 (Thomas Tilling Ltd ST 922, 1930 AEC Regent I / Tilling) on static display inside Bromley Garage.
This bus took on a second life under London Transport ownership in 1947 as a mobile staff canteen, and after its second withdrawal survived in to preservation. Under the ownership of the late Prince Marshall, it was restored and returned to London's streets in the 1970s to operate a daily vintage bus service in central London.
It is now in the care of the London Bus Museum, Brooklands, and has been returned to Tillings livery in 2016.
