Qui dit Dinant, dit Leffe ; qui dit Leffe, dit bière belge d'abbaye... selon la tradition.

La maison de la Leffe, à distinguer de l'abbaye de Leffe située de l'autre côté de la Meuse, se trouve aujourd'hui au sein de l'ancien couvent des capucins de Dinant. Une étape gastronomique qui surplombe la voie ferrée reliant Dinant à Bertrix (L 154 puis 166), alors que l'automotrice 8508 assure une liaison L vers Bertrix...

Single exposure Light Art Photography, only moving lights in the darkness, no layers, no tricks.

A usually dark and dingy enclosed pedestrian area, in my home town, had great light today. Its right-angled design also makes it a great place for my daughter to shout and have her voice bounce back. Another echo in this location is the repeating pattern of the brickwork.

"How I took it" - dropped down low at a wide angel to capture the scene and light. Edited in Lightroom to being out the contrast and edges with a big boost of vibrance and saturation for the oil stained floor - then brought out with some colour in a graduated filter from either side.
