15th July 2018 - Lockheed F-16C Fighting Falcon '88-0029' of the Turkish Air Forces 'Solo Turk Demonstration Team' hits the burners during his usual outstanding air display. A display that earned them The Paul Bowen Trophy (Best Solo Jet Demonstration) at the show.

This paticularly classy machine is seen in Greux (88) on a Vosgien Retro Auto Club tour of the Vosges region.
The final member of the class 88 fleet 88010 "Aurora" is seen passing through the fields to the north of Rugeley Trent Valley station with Daventry to Mossend intermodal freightliner containers.
Seen at a Cars & Coffee event at a local church parking lot.
The 2-door hardtop roof adds a sleek, airy look to the car. That style of roof has a similar effect on other makes and models.
The 88 Flak is a German 88 mm anti-aircraft and anti-tank artillery gun from World War II. It was widely used by Germany throughout the war, and was one of the most recognized German weapons of that conflict. he versatile carriage allowed the 88 cm FlaK to be fired in a limited anti-tank mode when still on its wheels, it could be completely emplaced in only two and a half minutes. Its successful use as an improvised anti-tank gun led to the development of a tank gun and was placed as main armament of the Tiger I, Tiger 2 and Ferdinand/ elephant.

The de Havilland DH.88 Comet was a British twin-engined aircraft designed for long-distance air races. It was known for its sleek design, fast speeds, and impressive performance in competitions such as the 1934 MacRobertson Air Race. Only a limited number of DH.88 Comets were produced, with several of them still flying today in airshows and exhibitions.
