Our tub started dripping fiercely last week, around Thursday. Today, despite my depression over sleep, I took care of a few things, including replacing some light bulbs and calling the plumber. I was worried about the cost of the tub repair; I figured the faucets would need to be replaced. But it was just the washers. The plumber said, "You got your money's worth out of these washers," and he put them in my hand. "You see that small one? It was the same size, but you used it more."
I'm guessing it was in the HOT.
