Tonight Venus, Jupiter and the moon formed a smiley face in the sky. As always though everytime something cool in the sky happens it's overcast and rainy and just plain nasty. At least I sort of saw half of it through a cloud.

O.k. so we just celebrated my dad's 87th birthday & he tells us that when he joined the Navy the clerk screwed up on his birth year and made him a year younger.
So all these years he's been going by the age the Navy gave him. Then he gets some official documents with his real birth year and suddenly he remembers what the Navy clerk did almost 70 years ago.
So he's actually 88 years old not 87 - 2 funny!
