V/Line's N457 with 5 carriages in tow glides through Mathiesons near Wandong on 8610 UP Passenger Service from Albury to Melbourne.

The V/Line Albury service is soley served by N Class Locomotives at the moment, but very soon, 2 new standard gauge Vlocity untis will run 2 of the 6 daily services to and from Albury, the afternoon down (8615) and the evening up (8630). This means the service seen in this picture will remain an N class until stabling upgrades are made at Albury for new trains, and when more of them come.

Burrowing owl on target for a figeater beetle delicacy. Not my best of this amazing aerial maneuver, but it's the one I got this year in my really short late window to these owls. Final result tomorrow.
