Since the Rapid One has gone back to heavyweight Volvo buses, it has allowed the two former Rapid One Versas to be rebranded for Rainbow One, following a return to a 30 minute frequency through to Ripley via Kimberley and Eastwood. Along with Rapid One and the 1A, Ripley to Heanor now has four Trent services per hour, three of which carry on to Nottingham, two via Eastwood, one direct!!
