Mentre fotografavo lo spettacolo delle onde mi si sono avvicinati numerosi piccioni. Ero indeciso se continuare a fare le foto alle onde col 18-105 o mettere il 70-300 e fotografare da vicino i gabbiani. Ho deciso, diciamo una via di mezzo, e cioè di lasciare il 18-105 cercando di inquadrare nel panorama anche un piccione. Con un soggetto è sempre meglio... Devo dire la verità: mi sono accorto di aver beccato questa picchiata solo ora... Evidentemente i gabbiani erano molto vicini...

And now for something a little different to close out the day yesterday. BNSF 8471 leads a rather eclectic collection of motive power on a D-KCKTOP move into the dying sun at MP 16.7 on the BNSF Topeka Sub. Bonus points for the EMD leading the train to Topeka.
It was a great day yesterday...only had to shoot one train with GEEZ on the point. Just doesn't get any better than that!
