Berkshire bliss!

This rare-breed Berkshire pig keeps cool on a hot sunny day.

The group Macro Mondays had a very restrictive theme this week. The photo had to be Black and White, Square format, and center composition.

I tried a couple of things, but today I found these two huge pieces of popcorn in my bowl, and I decided to go with Popcorn.

I processed it in Topaz Glow, which gave it all those little lines of texture, so I am also putting it into Sliders Sunday!

So, HMM and HSS everyone!

The streamlined red-breasted merganser is a handsome bird and a great fisher - its long, serrated bill helps it to catch and hold its slippery fish prey. It is most commonly spotted around the coast in winter.
