A wonderful sunny day and I spent it working in the garden before our week or so of rain descends on us...Just liked the shadows on the fence.

Quickly jumped out the car to snap this on the way home from work. Obviously everyone knows what it is?!

I just got home (It's 21.35)!!!
I totally understand (and somehow had mentally prepared myself) that life can get in the way with my 365-project. But I didn’t expect that I’d feel so empty and almost had near emotional panic because I’ll be missing a day.
But despite that, I had a really wonderful time. I learned how truly blessed I am and how content I felt with what I have now.
So here I am on the floor as a way to atone, smiling because I’m happy and snapping a quick picture to catch the 365-train while waiting for my tea to cool down.
I love you and tomorrow is another day!
Goodnight!

Not only is this woman a flawless beauty, but she also serves as the Executive Director for our local non-profit food bank, Just Food. Liz swiftly took over the reins in August and is leading the organization with grace and integrity. “The president of Just Food’s board, said in a news release that (Liz) Keever “successfully shepherded the organization through some tremendous challenges.” (LJWorld) Our community is thankful for Liz and her commitment to keep food on the table for many local families.
Liz was happy to happy to join the portrait project when I reached out to her. We met up downtown at The Pig for a drink and then walked around to find her picture and the early evening light. Not only did we find pretty light, but we also found a covered spot to ride out the rain. As we were wrapping up our time together, we walked across the alley and stepped around a large puddle…I knew Liz needed to ditch her shoes and she did so with a smile. And then she read my mind. LOVE me some Liz!!
