This is a French market Philips set from the mid-late 1970s.
It can receive both the 819 line and SECAM standards used in France.
The French channel TF1 was slow to switch to SECAM, only starting to change in the mid 1970s.

The B7TLs are starting to show their age. It has been mentioned that the plan is to remove the branding on all B7TLs and use them on short decker routes to reduce wear on them. As a result, branding is being reduced within the fleet, with only the 22 and 26 retaining some branding in the form of a paint job and no branding vinyl decals.
