Sekitar tahun 60an dan 70an, pengangkutan ini amat popular di kalangan penduduk dari kampung-kampung seperti Saei, Semop,Sedau,Seredeng,Sebena, Ng. Semah dan banyak lagi. Dengan tambang RM2.00 seorang, perjalanan dari kampung saya ke Bandar Sibu mengambil masa 6 hingga 7 jam. Berangkat sekitar jam 12:00 tengah hari dan tiba di Sibu pada jam 7:00 atau 8:00 malam. Pada keesokkan harinya berangkat dari Sibu seawal jam 7:00 pagi dan tiba di kampung saya lewat 1:00 atau 2:00 petang. Tingkat bawah Double Decker ini biasanya memuatkan Padi, beras,tepung sagu dan isi rumbia yang telah dikisar dan dikeringkan (Po)dimana ia merupakan hasil tanaman penduduk-penduduk dari kampung-kampung di sepanjang perjalanan ke Sibu. Selain dari itu ada juga penumpang yang membawa sayur-sayuran dan juga ternakan untuk untuk dijual. Manalaka di tingkat atas pula adalah merupakan ruang untuk para penumpang yang sangat sabar.
80an hingga sekarang, walaupun pengangkutan air masih lagi digunakan, perjalanan ke Sibu hanya mengambil masa 2 hingga 2setengah jam sahaja dengan menggunakan Bot Ekpress. Dilengkapkan dengan TV dan penghawa dingin untuk keselesaan para penumpang dengan tambang yang amat berpatutan.
Pada tahun 2009 pengangkutan darat dari Daro ke tempat saya telah disiapkan membolehkan penduduk kampung ke destinasi yang sama (Sibu) menggunakan motosikal atau kereta menyusuri jalan Matu-Daro, Igan, Mukah hingga ke Sibu yang mengambil masa 6 hingga 7 jam, sama seperti menggunakan pengangkutan air sekitar 60an dan 70an. Hehehehe!!!
La BB 22319 "béton" était en tête du train expo des 80 ans de la Sncf lors de son retour vers Paris en marche 20170 Mulhouse-Nord-RL (10h28) - Paris-Gare-de-Lyon-RM (19h01), le train est vu passant Besançon.

Berus gigi time waktu rehat kat skolah rendah?...hmm, mesti pegang cawan warna-warnikan..mencangkung kat tepi parit dgn classmates semua kat sebelah...
ingat tak?? Misi kat skolah masuk kelas dgn list dentist appointment..pastu bunyi gigi member kite kene gerudi kat bilik sebelah..ada gigi yang berlubang, kene laa tampal.
Ni sure korang igt...program minum susu di skolah..nak galakkan budak2 time tuh minum susu.sekotak 30 sen jek beb...
Cikgu2 kalau nak denda, mesti guna pembaris panjang warna kuning tu. pukul tapak tangan... kan??Semangkuk mi sup ke, mihun sup ke, 30 sen jek kat kantin.

wayang pun 5 inggit je.kite pegi kedai runcit, beli Chickerdis, Mamee ,Kum Kum, UFO, O-Ya, Ding Dang chocolate balls yang ada mainan kat dlm die, 'telur' keras warna warni, 'rokok' chewing gum, KIKI Bubble Gum.tak dilupakan, 'Ti Kam'. bile dah abih exam, main Monopoly la, Donkey la, Happy Family laa dlm class.
Tapi bunyi loceng laa yang paling best skali. boleh beli aiskrim ngan apek kat luar skola tuh...lagi satu loceng masa nak pegi rehat. tinggal kan keje skolah, jom kita pegi makan. budak2 yg dpt Rancangan Makanan Tambahan (RMT) mesti kluar awal.

4. kita geleng kepala bile nengok bdak2 skolah menengah guna handphone.
5. masa dulu main game keset..hehe..time tu yg femes 'contra' , 'mario' ...
6. kita dah tak byk sembang2 dgn member melalui telefon lagi setiap hari.
7. bile jumpe member lame dari semasa ke semasa, seronok bile bersembang pasal cerite2 lame, cerite2 kelakar yang kite alami mase dulu time kecik2, nakal2 dulu...
8. last skali, bile dah bace caption ni, korang akan terpikir utk bagitau dkt member2 baru or lame..lawat la laman web aku....Sure diorg suke punye laa...hehehe (promote gitu...)

When I was a teenager in Glasgow in the 1980s, I had a book called "British Electric Trains in Camera" and I was totally obsessed with it. I really loved the art-deco CO/CP London Underground trains and I was delighted to finally see this preserved one in person.
Next to it is a Class 115, the DMU which faithfully ran London Marylebone - Aylesbury trains for 30 years. The Bucks railway centre is a very appropriate home for it.
And on the right is a steam multiple unit from Egypt. Even though it is from North Africa it actually looks like one of the Northern Ireland Railways 80 class thumpers from the North of Ireland!
