Illinois Central Gulf Railroad GP10 8055 at Rockford, Illinois on an unknown day in October, 1981, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Built in December 1954 as IC GP9 9055, it was rebuilt at Paducah in 1971 to GP10 8055, later CC 8055 (renumbered to CC 8416), and back to the IC in 1996. It is stenciled under the cab window WATERLOO IOWA and appears to have had an oil containment issue..
