Santa Fe C30-7 #8037 leads four Burlington Northern engines departing Northbound out of Trinidad, CO in June of 1984.
This is a Burlington Northern empty coal train with all the cars being UFIX "Bathtub" hoppers.
This was taken before a line relocation that was built East of town that avoided a sharp horseshoe curve that this train will soon negotiate and a diamond crossing with the Santa Fe.
