My second Ukrainian K-plate was this cool 7series from Kiev Oblast. I was surprised to spot new Ukrainian codes in 2020, even though they aren't from new districts, of course.

This 7series is still in Berlin.

Not quite XXS.

I saw a downpour passing in the distance, where I was going. So I decided to cycle around the village where I was at that moment, waiting for the rain to disappear. And I saw some cars while doing that.

The Alpina B7 is such a cool car, it's really what you want from the sportiest 7series, including the sportier but subtle Alpina looks.

Unfortunately, not many are around for me to spot. They're actually quite rare and often make for a charming spot.

Luckily, someone from Luxembourg decided to get one.

I was really hoping to spot one of these as they're incredibly rare to spot in their home country - most don't know much about Alpina or don't want the best performing 7series. Even the V12 model is much more common.

It's definitely one of the most beautiful "BMW"s, however.

A few members of Amersham & District Motorbus Society took Routemaster RML2440 JJD440D on a 'dehibernation run' to get it running again and recreated the old 441 route from High Wycombe to Staines Station via Beaconsfield, Slough, Windsor, Old Windsor, Egham and Pooley Green. I saw it at Windsor, Old Windsor (Bells of Ouzeley), Pooley Green Crossing and Egham, in some cases alongside the modern equivalent First 8 and White Bus 441!

The 441 is of particular interest to me and friends in the ADMS because of history and changes. Wouldn't it be fun if the route still ran to High Wycombe, though no doubt a route of that length through Windsor, Slough and Beaconsfield would likely forever struggle against congestion and running time. The modern-day 441 run by White Bus is such a short stub of the original route, though it's nice that the number lives on, albeit as what was the 441C in the days of the through route. It was inherited from Abellio, who used to run through to Stanwell, Heathrow Terminal 5 and Heathrow Central. First's number 8 which covers more of the old route used to be the 41, then became the 71 to form part of the 7series network and extended to the new Heathrow Terminal 5, now simply 8 following First's more recent Slough renumbering.

I didn't know the E32 was around in 1986, this is a very early one apparently. And the year combined with the license plate tells me it was once imported to the Netherlands because it was tax exempt. It isn't any more, but at least it wasn't exported after that change.

I'm gradually re-uploading as many of my old Flickr photos that I can.

Sadly it seems this may have now been scrapped.

Driving down Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, Connecticut.

I originally took a photo of this for the vanity plate but upon closer inspection, this is a Dinan-tuned 740i and is the only one I have seen to date. Based on the plates, I wouldn't be surprised if the owner has had this since new.

Hey folks!:)

Last weekend a friend and I had a photo and videoshooting with a Ferrari F430 Scuderia with a Novitec exhaust system.

Next weekend we'll have another photo and videoshooting with a new Bmw 7series with 22'' Vossen Wheels, so stay tuned!

Here the video of the Ferrari:

It is amazing what BMW styling has come to.

The shaping along the side of the car is restrained and somewhat benign but that front end is something else altogether! Does anyone think that this is an attractive front end design?

Parked where all the Alfa Romeo's were.

The first spot while really staying in Luxembourg. You don't see many old cars around, but the ones you see are usually in good condition.

Just a few cars left on earth with such a motor.

The 7series is an old brand for services between Slough and Heathrow Airport which has since been replaced by a revised network. The 75/76 corridor became the 7 as far as Slough, with the extensions to Maidenhead and Cippenham becoming separate routes 4 and 5. Existing route 7 to Uxbridge became the 3. Routes 77 and 78 were withdrawn between Slough and Heathrow and became routes 2 and 1 to Dedworth and Britwell.

Route 71 became the 8 with no routeing changes, a route that was not long ago renumbered from the 41/43 (41 via Straight Road / 43 via Fox & Castle in Old Windsor). The route follows what was originally route 441 between Staines and High Wycombe, a number now used for the small section between Staines and Englefield Green, originally route 441C.

A full rebrand has now taken place, with coloured fronts for each route in Slough. Route 8 now gets a mix of Citaros and Volvo 7900s with a light blue theme.

Sadly it was parked-up so close to the Mercedes that I couldn't immediately see what model it was, and with an unwell child on board I didn't have much time to investigate.

Possibly a later model with that bumper/spoiler style?

Did see an E21 3-Series later on in the week, but that was in traffic and I couldn't get a photo of it.
