232 469-7 zieht die letzte leere Könnern-Kohle in den Bahnhof von Könnern. Dies könnte auch eine der letzten Befahrungen der Werkbahn des Diamantzucker Werkes Könnern gewesen sein. Die Gleise verschwinden schon im Grünen Dickicht....Zucker, Melasse und Holzpellets werden nur noch mit LKW transportiert.
232 469-7 with the very last empty Könnern coal train... the last of it's Kind. It's sad to see all the transportation going to the trucks... traffic turnaround anyone?

99 7240-7 fährt mit ihrem Mittags Dampfzug an einem der letzten Telegrafenmasten der Selketalbahn vorbei. Leider ist der Fahrplan auf dieser reizvollen Strecken inzwischen extrem ausgedünnt.
