the 'yellow bellied marmot' found "winterizing" in the rocky mountains, believe it or not....a large ground squirrel !
After a snow storm two days ago, the landscape has become white again. The clouds went away for a brief few hours revealing the night sky (this photo was taken at 23h30) and its long lasting sunset/sunrise colors as the sun is to stay up 24 hours a day for the next 3 months. Taken on May 6 near Kugluktuk, Nunavut
