Day 77, Year 2
Another good sleep last night though I was woken by rain at about 1:30. No problem though.
Dave and Simon, our technical staff, are proving to be an efficient team. They had all project materials been pre-packaged and ready to go when the students needed them. The tutors are working well and we have a good mix. So far it's a very happy camp.
Project 1 went smoothly despite rain and Dennis' tendency to talk too much and wander off track. His marking team were always late, holding up the process. Regardless I am always relieved to not have to mark myself. Hate marking. We finished assessment at about 9:10 PM.
Two French tourists have been hanging around making people feel uneasy. I don't think they're a threat but I don't want them in our area anymore. I mayl talk to camp ground management about it tomorrow. Their English is very bad so maybe they're just confused.
My injured toe is healing nicely and presents no difficulty when walking now. Relieved.
