GBW 7617 was one of 50 such cars built by SIECO, and the theory behind the blue GBW paint is that these were originally going to be leased from Itel to another railroad. This group and a previous set of more traditional yellow GBW cars were all of 5277 cuft capacity. This car is pictured at Collier Va on June 7th 1980, just as the IPD craze went bust.
