A STONECHAT....

Weer een foto uit de oude doos. Loc 2275 was de enige uit de serie die de dans van de geel/grijze huisstijl is ontsprongen. De loc is altijd blijven rondrijden in zijn bruine afleveringskleur wat hem tot een gewild foto-object maakte bij spoorwegfotografen. De loc werd verkocht aan de NMBS waar deze werd ingezet bij de bouw van de hogesnelheidslijnen. Daartoe kreeg de 2275 het nieuwe NMBS-nummer 7608, maar de bruine kleur is altijd gebleven.

Op deze foto wordt de loc na een onderhoudsbeurt vanuit revisiebedrijf Tilburg de hoofdbaan opgereden voor een proefrit. Tilburg, 14 januari 1998.
