I've been looking for an American Golden-Plover for several years now and finally have a decent photo of one. I found it last week at Riverland Migratory Bird Sanctuary, at first glance I thought it was a Killdeer but then realized it wasn't. I've been enjoying all the shorebirds that are making their way through during migration. West Alton, Missouri.
