Side view of 66 South Street - This was once the home to James A. Seymour founder of McIntosh & Seymour which eventually grew to ALCO. It was two-story, three-bay brick structure which was built in the early 1830s by Amasa Curtis, along with its "twin home" next door at #64. These homes were among the first to be built on the property owned by Dr. Hackaliah Burt who had begun the development on South Street. Over the years additions have been added to the structure - an entrance porch on the far side and a two-story addition onto the rear of the building. Located in Auburn, NY. (AS/74)

growing up, he was carted all over...
boxed up...
tossed in toy boxes...
never handled too carefully...
yet here he is...in damn near mint condition...
he's always been loved.
my dad bought him for me when i was 7...
it's just one of those moments etched perfectly in my memory...

It doesn't numb you from the pain, but I think with that experience... it gives a greater ability to learn valuable coping mechanisms. Everything gets buried... even fish. Krillin the beta. Buried at 9 oclock at night... in the dark... in a washcloth. Drew went out the following day to 'play' outside down where he was buried... "because that is what he would want me to do"
