Während zum Teil noch die Altbaustrecke der Janghang Line befahren wird, gibt es auch Abschnitte auf denen bereits seit Jahren auf der (nicht elektrifizierten) Neubaustrecke gefahren wird. So zum Beispiel auch im Bereich Seokchon. Hier mit der abweichend vom üblichen Farbschema blauen Korail 7382 und Mugunghwa 1551 Yongsan - Iksan.

While some of the old section of the Janghang Line is still being used, there are also sections on which the (non-electrified) new section has been used for years. For example in the Seokchon area. Here with the blue - which differs from the usual colour scheme - Korail 7382 and Mugunghwa 1551 Yongsan - Iksan.

Not the brightest bird, but one of the prettiest. (Who am I to disparage this beauty? After all, there are 400 million in North America and the ratio can't be any better.) Right now, it's mating season and they're the most vocal in the two second courtship and mating "ritual." Just wish they'd be a little quieter, but not at the expense of never visiting my back patio again. But, hey, at 4 AM...
