While getting paint at the shmall today, I purchased a template for nail decor. Skull & Bones, Eagle, Scorpion, Cobra, Spider, Unicorn; And a Palm Tree with "California" written across it. Very out of place with the rest of the images. No palm trees on my nails. Ever.

As I procrastinate playing with my new toy, I will later finish sanding my studio walls. Tomorrow is painting day. Get ready for a messy 365-

I found this program after having struggled to keep my diabetes under control for several years. My weight had skyrocketed and so did my blood sugars. My vision was worsening by the day as a result of the diabetes and I was suffering with neuropathy in my feet (nerve pain). I then saw a picture of myself which I didn’t know existed because I became a master at dodging the camera. That was a real eye opener!! I have now lost 72 pounds as of this writing and I am completely off of my diabetes medication. My vision is improved and the nerve pain in my feet ~ gone! My doctor is very impressed with me because he said he had never seen anybody bring their blood sugar down in such a short time and go from 6 pills a day to none! This plan has literally saved my life and made me feel like a new woman! I rather enjoy the compliments I receive on a daily basis. Health coaching came naturally as I wanted EVERYONE to look and feel as good as I do now and if I can help just one person get to the place I am at now, I will have accomplished my goal!!
