I have officially stepped into the world of macro photography, I have been pining for a Canon 100mm f:28 macro for a while and now its finally happened. I got out this morning before the rain and gave it a test drive, got a lot to learn, especially about macro composition and lighting. I think this is going to be fun and just in time for the beginning of flower season here in the piedmont of North Carolina, awesome.
