RS97 is about to pass under the old DL&W main at DL&W Jct. in Pavilion, NY on the first day of Spring in 1981. The bridge was a favorite perch of mine to get RS97 and SR94 from. Of course the bridge is long gone now, but back in 1981 it was still an active line and the route used by D&H salt trains to get to Griegsville to access the GNWR. The head end is heavy with salt loads that were picked up at P&L Jct. in Caledonia. Power on RS97 is a pair of GP30's, a GP40-2, and a GP9.

新埔火車站座落於通霄鎮新埔里，是通霄鎮境內的第二座火車站（通霄鎮內共有三座火車站：通霄、新埔、白沙屯），也是最完整的日據木造歷史建築。

新埔火車站於民國十一年十月建造完成，八十年來擔負新埔地區的交通運輸功能，曾經風光一時。近年來，交通工具發達，大家大都擁有交通工具，因此使用火車為交通工具的人減少了。鐵路局曾經因為收支不平衡，而一度想廢站。但是因為新埔非常靠海（只有五十公尺），是全台灣最靠近海邊的車站，鄰近又有全省聞名的秋茂園，觀光人潮不斷，十分有觀光價值，所以車站被保留了下來。

Due to increased galactic security and scare resources, Blacktron are searching salvage yards and stealing old hardware from museums. One such find was an old Star Fleet Voyager, which actually predates the formation of Blacktron (seen here in her glory days).

Dubbed "Lurker", this old model 6929 has been converted into an electronic warfare platform. Due to the mission profile of long loiter-time, the old fossil's slow speed is not a great handicap, given adequate escort protection.

Guard postings at space museums have since been tripled.

In de herfst van hun carrière bij NSR mochten twee stellen in de herfst van 2020 invallen voor SLT in de serie 6900 (Den-Haag CS - Tiel) een baanvak waar dit materieel tegenwoordig niet meer te zien is. Omdat er in de vroege ochtend zowaar enkele blauwe plekken in de lucht waren tijdens deze zwaar deprimerende periode werd daarom even naar de Oostelijke Betuwelijn gereden. Terwijl de voortrazende grijze meuk de glans inmiddels al weer van de zon heeft weggenomen zien we de 2994 samen met de 2960 als trein 6929 op weg naar de stad van Flipje ter hoogte van Wadenoijen de eenzame fotograaf passeren.
