Conrail 6511 leads BUPI on the Youngstown Line at Wampum, PA during heavy snowfall on January 18, 1992. WAMP is where the Koppel Secondary joins the Youngstown Line. The Koppel Secondary is the track to the left of the WAMP block limit sign. The Youngstown Line is now single track through Wampum, but it was double track from Rochester, PA up to CASTLE. It was a busy line during the Conrail years, but I don't believe it has much traffic anymore, especially with the decline in coal.
