abendlicher Blick auf den Personenaufzug Bad Schandau in der Sächsischen Schweiz. Die 52 Meter hohe Stahlkonstruktion wurde 1904 durch den Hotelier Rudolf Sendig erbaut, der damit eine schnelle Verbindung vom Elbtal zu seiner auf der Ostrauer Ebenheit oberhalb gelegenen Villenkolonie schuf. Sendig plante hier oben auch die Errichtung einer großen Sportanlage ("Weltsportplatz"), der Erste Weltkrieg verhinderte die Umsetzung dieser Idee. Der Personenaufzug steht seit 1954 unter Denkmalschutz.

Op Zaterdag 2 November 2024 ,reed de SSN met de Reunië van Rotterdam naar Beekbergen

Die reis begon met de 23 023 met de trein naar Amersfoort ,waar de SSN 01 1075 zich bij ging voegen om vervolgens naar Apeldoorn te rijden waar het gezelschap ontvangen werd door de VSM 65 018 , hierna volgende een line up , vervolgen gingen de 01 1075 met de 23 023 los naar Beekbergen, gevolgd door de 65 018 met aan de haak de gezelschapstrein die gelijk door Beekbergen heen reed voor een mooie foto stop en die zoude er nog meer volgen

Hier de VSM 65 018 met de Reunië Express aan de haak richting , Zaterdag 2 November 2024 ,Beekbergen.

Developed in HC-110 25 ml + 475 ml H2O, semistand 75 min.

Printed on old and fogged Kosmos Bromega bromide pearl FB paper and developed in Caffenol (to 500 ml: washing soda 16 g, Vitamin C 9 g and Instant coffee 21 g).

Toned in Se 1+9, 30 sec.

PS borders.

Hammarö, Värmland, Sweden.

Caffenol suits the often hard contrast IR negs and brings a more softer rendering with even some color variations depending on exposure. Caffenol is a great developer for Fomapan 100 and also a great paper developer.

The soup is tar like and demands that you lift up the paper once in a while to monitor the development!

Tomorrow I will post some Ilford RC copies of IR negs developed in Caffenol.
