Male showing off for the ladies. This was a fabulous mating display put on by these mergansers. One I had never seen before. There were several males and females and they were so much fun to photograph.

In de vroege ochtend wordt DM'90-stel 3401 overgebracht naar Delft voor een "Buffeltrek" wedstrijd, georganiseerd voor studenten van de TH Rijswijk. RTL maakte van dit spektakel opnamen voor de Postcode Loterij Recordshow.

De 6450 met de vuiltrein uit Haanrade passeert Heerlen op 20 september 2005. Rechts staan nog een aantal Plan U stellen terzijde. Ook dit emplacement staat op de lijst om drastisch aangepast te worden.

Early morning sunrise before the cold front arrives. Windy and rather cold so far but falling temps. A hand held panorama.

Osprey near river IJssel in the Netherlands. I had been waiting for about 5 hours but then my patience was rewarded and two Ospreys came together and started fishing. Later in the afternoon there was a visit of another one so all in all it was a great day!
