The foyers outside the concert hall at Koerner hall besides the bars have windows overlooking the Philosophers Walk, they add another layer to the musical experience inside the hall

Equisetum, commonly known as horsetails, is a "living fossil" as it is the only living genus of the entire class Equisetopsida, which for over one hundred million years was much more diverse and dominated the understory of late Paleozoic forests. They reproduce by spores rather than seeds. These were growing in the Founders Grove at Muir Woods.

VIA 6513 and 6444 await assignment on Toronto bound trains 72 and 74 at Windsor. The 6444 is one of 57 new F40PH-2's that will eventually end the careers of the FP and FA fleet of ex CN and CP locomotives.
