De sproeitrein van Infrabel is weer bezig met onkruidbeheersing op het Belgische spoorwegnet. TUC-Rail verzekert de tractie van deze trein met de gele 6250 en de 6315 in Infrabel-kleedje. Tr. 92719 is op weg van Antwerpen C. naar Lier en passeert de Y. Liersesteenweg.
Burlington Northern Railroad SD24 6250 at Clyde, Illinois on an unknown day in October 1979, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Built as CB&Q 510 in May 1959 ( c/n 25207 ) on EMD Order 5598 it was retired by the BN in June 1982. It went on to become MMID 6250, then DLW 880, then FRVR 2402, then WC 2402.
New years fireworks in Bratislava, Slovakia. They fired it into the air from a boat on the Donau. Shot with the Canon 100D, with the Canon 24mm IS, handheld as always.
One of the many Ex BN SD40-2'swhich were rebuilt by Illinois Central and renumbered from the IC 6100 series. Here we see #6250 classified as an SD40-3 in the Operation Lifesaver scheme awaiting it next switching duty in the yard in Decatur, IL
