It was 2 years since I lost my Mum over the weekend, blue is how I have been feeling this last week. It feels better now that I have acknowledged it.
The Cremyll Ferry is for foot passengers and runs from Cremyll in the far south-east of Cornwall across the River Tamar to Stonehouse in Plymouth.
A ferry is believed to have been operating continuously here since 1204 and Cremyll is often referred to as the historic gateway to South East Cornwall. The current ferry terminus was constructed in the nineteenth century, with the main building using some reclaimed materials from the nearby Mount Edgcumbe House. During World War II the American troops stationed nearby used Cremyll Quay to load their tanks onto landing craft for the D-Day landings.
The 60-year-old MV Edgcumbe Belle (pictured on the right) was originally built for British Rail and has served a number of ferry crossings in the south-west and on the River Thames. It was originally named the MV Humphrey Gilbert.

Today, we in Wales celebrate Saint David's Day, or the Feast of Saint David. Saint David is the patron saint of Wales, and falls on 1 March, the date of his death in 589 AD. Therefore here is a Welsh Bible with a daffodil book mark (a daffodil being one of the emblems of Wales ) HMM! and do my Welsh counterparts Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus :)

Having moved all the oil cars from a local depot in the vicinity, it would actually push them from behind to Piatra Neamt, in the opposite direction of where it is in the picture, with a shunter on the last car communicating with the engine driver. Interesting dare I say :D

from Via Terra Spedition (In the center of the photo ), 60 1708-6 (ex polish ST43-R014) together with 60-0665 9 (rented to CER Fersped) waiting for work day at the Romanian border station Episcopia Bihor, located in the north part of Oradea city. On the left we see 64-1000-0 with EC 146 train "Transilvania" from Cluj Napoca to Vienna. The train is waiting for the end of passport control and will go to the Hungarian border station Biharkeresztes
VIA 60 with VIA 2217 leading overtakes CN 120. Running with an LRC set until a few weeks ago, VIA 60 now uses a Siemens set.
