Das genaue Alter der Wassermühle an der Rodau lässt sich heute nicht mehr genau bestimmen. Vermutlich befand sich bereits 1465 auf der gegenüberliegenden Uferseite des heutigen Mühlengebäudes eine Loh- und Ölmühle. Diese brannte jedoch im Jahre 1906 ab.

Le phare d´Eckmühl. Der am 17. Oktober 1897 eingeweihte Phare d’Eckmühl ist mit 60 m Höhe einer der höchsten Leuchttürme Europas. Der Turm sichert eine der aufgrund vieler Felsen gefährlichsten Küsten Frankreichs. Die Mauern des Turms sind aus Kersanton-Granit errichtet, und die Innenwand des Treppenhauses ist mit Opalglas besetzt. Der Turm ist heute eines der meistbesuchten Bauwerke des Departements Finistère.
